Lost track of weeks

I haven't been very good at keeping track of weeks or points lately... My apologies. I also have been so busy with school/homework/the temple I wasn't able to weigh in this week. I have been going on Wednesday nights but had to work in the temple Wednesday night due to a work training on Saturday. I've also been struggling to keep up with reading and homework but I'm hoping to get at least somewhat on track this week. I need to spend my time more wisely... However, I feel like I am mostly understanding the material and have learned new things and it actually feels good! 


I did go to WW last week and my weight stayed the same. I haven't been tracking this entire week so I bet I've put on some weight. It's been almost a year since I joined so I'm going to start putting forth extra effort to meet my goal. I probably could have already reached it but I keep taking time off. Another good motivator was learning about the chemical make-up of fats... No wonder our bodies hang onto it! I will attend WW this week and will try to remember to take and post a pic next week.
